Research Interests: The intersection of law and ethics in health care, with a particular focus on the impact of abortion-related legal regulation on the ethical responsibilities of health care providers.

Research Interests: Health insurance coverage, access to health services, coordinated care efforts, underserved populations, the scholarship of teaching and learning, and innovations in online learning.

Martin Cohen, PhD

Research Interests: Health insurance and benefit design; managed care contracting; alternative payment models and value-based care; cost evaluation of health policy changes; performance reporting and feedback for health care providers and organizations; program evaluation; diffusion of innovation; the Military Health System.
