Biography
Dr. Geschke is an instructional faculty member in the Department of Health Administration and Policy at George Mason University. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she is dedicated to fostering student success through engaging, student-centered teaching. Her expertise spans health systems management, health policy, and public health leadership, with a strong commitment to curriculum development and program evaluation. Dr. Geschke has extensive experience teaching in both traditional and online environments, effectively leveraging contemporary educational technologies to enhance learning. She has mentored numerous graduate and doctoral students, guiding them through research, capstone projects, and professional development. Her research interests include academic integrity in online education, best practices in health administration education, and the intersection of health policy and public health. An active contributor to the academic community, Dr. Geschke has co-authored peer-reviewed publications and participates in faculty development initiatives, conference organization, and journal reviews. She remains passionate about preparing future healthcare leaders and advancing the field through scholarship and innovative teaching.
